2. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

By booking a slot, you agree to provide accurate health information. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Policy

Payments for services at Dr. Sidra's Healing Hands are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, and major cards at our clinic in Charni Road.

4. Patient Conduct

We maintain a professional and healing environment. Any inappropriate behavior towards staff or other patients will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the best clinical outcomes, Dr. Sidra's Healing Hands is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or clinical services.
